LLC “NRAV Construct” conducts its activities in accordance with the relevant OKVED codes, namely: management of holding companies; activities of agents engaged in the sale of agricultural products; and provision of services in the fields of crop production and animal husbandry. Thus, the company operates as a management company for the Group of Companies (holding).
LLC “NRAV Construct” employs a team of specialists with diverse competencies, enabling comprehensive management of legal entities, including claims and litigation (general legal support); brand development and concept design, including the creation of logos, corporate identity (merchandise), business plans, and strategy definition within the Group of Companies; as well as preparation of documentation for trademark registration and product certification (where required). All competencies of LLC “NRAV Construct” as a management company are provided on a comprehensive basis, deployed as needed, and included in the monthly service fee.
LLC “AgroVita” has been operating in the market since 2009; LLC “NRAV Construct” has been managing it since 2018, having defined an appropriate strategy and business plan that enabled full discharge of all obligations arising from bankruptcy proceedings. Comprehensive measures are being implemented to counter external threats to the business, in particular, a hostile takeover attempt, which served as grounds for initiating one criminal case, five civil cases, and eight administrative cases (one of which concerned an administrative offence). These cases were considered by five different district/city/inter‑district courts acting as courts of first instance. An investment project has been prepared using the property complex already owned by LLC “AgroVita”; investors have been attracted; and sales activities for animal feed have been resumed, resulting in an increase in revenue and organizational growth by 18,833 %, with further growth potential remaining substantial.
Since its establishment, LLC “Farmvet” has carried out financial and economic activities intermittently. In 2024, it became a full member of the Group of Companies and is now jointly owned by the two core companies forming the Group. Following its integration and the transfer of authority to the managing entity, LLC “NRAV Construct”, the financial indicators of LLC “Farmvet” have increased significantly, with turnover exceeding 10,000,000 rubles. Sh. Kh. Vakhitov, an Honored Worker of Agriculture of the Russian Federation, was appointed Managing Director of LLC “Farmvet”. Finance lease (leasing) agreements have been entered into; technical support services and integrated management of agro‑industrial complexes have been signed and implemented, primarily for cattle and poultry farming, in cooperation with the strategic and logistics partner, the “VIC” Group of Companies (one of the leading suppliers of pharmaceutical products in the CIS).

The “NRAV Construct & AgroVita” Group of Companies continues to develop actively, providing a wide range of services for agro‑industrial complexes in Bashkortostan and beyond. The Group plans to establish new organizations that will join the Group, for which development strategies and business plans will be prepared. In this regard, the Group offers management services for organizations; the monthly service fee is discussed separately, as a comprehensive assessment of the management activities is required, including the necessary investments and competencies.
