The “NRAV Construct & AgroVita” Group of Companies is one of the fastest‑growing agro‑industrial holdings in Bashkortostan, with a long‑standing history as a family business.
In 1993, twin brothers Ravil Faritovich Galiulin and Rustem Faritovich Galiulin began their joint activities in trading food products of agricultural origin. They collaborated with enterprises in Izhevsk (now “Komos Group”) and Moscow, organising wholesale delivery of goods for retail sale in Ufa.
On 28 September 2006, LLC “NRAV Construct” was registered in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (USRLE). The company specialised in the wholesale trade of food products of agricultural origin and participated in public procurement procedures.
On 28 January 2009, LLC “AgroVita” was registered in the USRLE. It immediately commenced operations on the basis of the Tuymazinsky collective farm in the village of Duslyk. Over time, it acquired ownership rights to 41 capital construction objects (OKS) and organised the operation of a property complex dedicated to farm animal breeding.
On 22 March 2018, LLC “NRAV Construct” and LLC “AgroVita” merged into a Group of Companies. By pooling their competencies, assets, and efforts, they launched business projects providing transport and other services to agricultural enterprises. For the first time, LLC “NRAV Construct” acted as a managing organisation, which enabled an anti‑crisis development path for LLC “AgroVita”. This allowed the parties to define key areas of activity and implement efficient solutions for asset utilisation.
On 6 December 2023, LLC “Alpha‑Trade” joined the “NRAV Construct & AgroVita” Group of Companies. The company required anti‑crisis measures to recover overdue accounts receivable and restart profitable operations. As the managing organisation, LLC “NRAV Construct” launched a project for the creative development and promotion of agro‑industrial enterprises in the Udmurt Republic. The project involved exclusively young specialists aged under 25, including students of the V. G. Korolenko Glazov Engineering and Pedagogical University. The project was selected among the top 100 initiatives of the Business School 2024 by the ANO “Corporation for the Development of the Udmurt Republic”. At the same time, within the deadlines established for judicial protection, and taking into account existing court rulings and the outcomes of dispute resolution, the managing company, LLC “NRAV Construct”, succeeded in restoring the rights of LLC “Alpha‑Trade”. Several court rulings were issued in its favour. On 11 November 2024, LLC “Alpha‑Trade” ceased to be under the management of LLC “NRAV Construct” due to a corporate conflict between the sole participant of LLC “Alpha‑Trade” and LLC “NRAV Construct”. The conflict was successfully resolved amicably on 21 April 2026 by signing the relevant agreement.
On 26 February 2024, Farmvet joined the “NRAV Construct & AgroVita” Group of Companies. Prior to joining the Group, the company already had a positive operational history. Its development strategy was aligned with a distribution partnership with the VIC Group of Companies. With the support of LLC “NRAV Construct”, Farmvet benefits from integration management and a logistics partnership with the VIC Group of Companies, which today represents the Group’s revenue‑leading enterprise.
On 3 April 2026, Kormovye Technologii joined the “NRAV Construct & AgroVita” Group of Companies. Close and comprehensive cooperation with this entity had already been maintained prior to its formal inclusion. LLC “NRAV Construct” carried out a rebranding exercise and identified more relevant strategic solutions. Currently, Kormovye Technologii is located in the urban‑type settlement of Chishmy, operating on the premises of one of the departments of LLC “AgroVita”.
Today, the “NRAV Construct & AgroVita” Group of Companies comprises four legal entities bound by a unified management structure and integration management framework. Leveraging jointly used assets, the Group pursues a strategy aimed at promoting the prosperity of agriculture in Bashkortostan, the Russian Federation, and globally. It provides comprehensive management and support services for agro‑industrial holdings and operates in the Tuymazinsky District, Birsky and Chishminsky Districts of Bashkortostan, has 3 departments, and maintains branches in Kazakhstan and the Moscow Region of the Russian Federation. The Group is actively expanding its operations. The head office is located in Ufa.
