The “NRAV Construct&AgroVita” Group of Companies is not a separate legal entity. It is an association of 4 independent legal entities established under an agreement dated 22 March 2018. Each entity has its own Charter and conducts its activities in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, the legislation of Bashkortostan on matters within the jurisdiction of the region, and the legislation of Kazakhstan on issues arising from the activities of the branch. The entities also comply with other regulatory acts, including a number of local ones.
The “NRAV Construct&AgroVita” Group of Companies also operates as a trade union to represent the interests of employees hired by an organisation within the Group. For more details, see the “Employment” section.
